Hiking Patrol x Dashi Inari Kaiboku

We are proud to continue our uniform program with its second chapter, created in partnership with Dashi Inari Umiki. For this project, Hiking Patrol developed chef and service staff uniforms that reflect the quiet craft and tradition behind the restaurant, introducing the Aligned Button Up Shirt and an apron with embroidered logo. The story of Dashi Inari Kaiboku dates back to 1983 in Omuta, Fukuoka, where chef Kenji Okabayashi discovered Nankanage, a local specialty that inspired his approach to inari sushi. Today, the tradition continues through Sachiko Okabayashi and Atsushi Okabayashi.
